Over Memorial Weekend we went to Bear Lake. Maybe a bad choice. Although we did have fun, the weather was crap!! Not above 58 all weekend, and rainy, cloudy, but hey, I did get to go boating. We also played outside every sunny moment and so it was really great to spend time outside. I love it. We went boating (in the rain), biking (in the rain), and even did some 4-wheeling. You might think twice before you come on a ride with us. We couldn't seem to find our way home. We weren't really lost, we were just like that story about Winnie the Pooh when he's trying to ditch Rabbit and keeps finding the same sandpit. Does anyone even know this story except me??? Anyway, the last picture here is when we got off the 4-wheelers and walked because I was worried about where this hill was going...but hey...I got to go boating.

It never fails, the weather is always crappy over memorial. At least you got to go boating! :)
The rain was a bummer, but when we're desperately tired of cold weather, we'll do whatever it takes to get outside! Sounds like you had a fun weekend.

Be glad we were not with you, whenever there is a draught in any area, if our family goes there to camp and have fun, torrentual rain will fall. I think we brought the Lake up several inches the last time we were there!
Gracie keeps talking about the 4 wheeler ride and that we were lost. I loved it!! Thanks for the fun time and I think you will get lots of boating in this summer!!
It looks like the campground was really busy! I love camping there. I am ready to go to Lake Powell again.
