Today I must say I'm really grateful for kind gestures. Tonight I had two of my kids in town and we were actually trying to kill some time. So, we killed two birds with one stone and went out to eat. As I go to the counter to pay my bill, the waiter said, "your bill has already been taken care of by a previoius customer." WOW!! That was so neat!! I've never had that happen before, and I thought it was such a thoughtful, true "spirit of Christmas" thing to do. My first thought was, I'll just have to pay this forward and do this for someone else! What a pleasant surprise.
