Since I am now catching up on all my fall blogging, I also canned peaches and salsa this fall. I haven't canned peaches since THE 9-11, and needless to say, they didn't turn out. I was too horrified/obssessed with what was going on on the TV to pay close attention to my peaches I guess. So Shannon and I canned about 96 quarts this year to make up for the slacking on the past 9 years. They are fabulous. This is proof that I really canned something.
