So... I have been going to do this post for a few months now, and I haven't really dared. Maybe Oprah inspired me to go public, I don't know. Anyway, I have joined Weight Watchers (again) because I want to lose about 30 lbs. I have thought about how much it motivates me to be accountable to something...somebody...etc, so I'm going to be accountable to not only the lady at Weight Watchers, but my blog also!! I weigh in on Wednesdays, so I will post my weekly weight loss (not my weight..ha, ha) every week. Hopefully people won't be too critical of me, I'm really only doing this for myself; but keep in mind I am not at the ranch, I don't have Bob or Jillian breathing down my neck 24/7, I don't work out 6 hours a day, and I won't be dropping 5-10 pounds a week! Normal, healthy weight loss is actually 1-2 lbs per week. So, if you are looking to lose a few pounds, join me!! We can help each other!

Shaley you inspire me! Now I really feel gulty for eating that ice cream...I have had a back ache for two days and ice cream was like a big bandaid...oh by the way...my back still hurts. So that didn't work. Wish I lived closer and I would go with you to WW.

Love Weight Watchers. I'm actually using their program right now too, just not going to classes. I've been a member of theirs a couple times, so I have all the stuff. My extended family has set up a "Biggest Loser" competition (money prize and all). We have a blog we are all reporting into every Monday. It's been lots of fun, and great motivation. Way to go, I'm cheering you on! BTW: 30 pounds? I wish that's all I had to lose!

I will be checking in on you for inspiration. Jayson and I just booked a vacation to Cancun so I'm looking to drop a few lbs by March. I just started a 6 day clean eating thing today (nothing processed). I'll let you know how it goes....its crazy how much easier it is to stay away from the bad stuff if you just don't ever take that first bite. Anyways...you've got to love biggest loser. It has me in tears every week, and who doesn't love Oprah. She usually leaves me in tears as well.

Keep up the great work!! We are doing a Biggest loser competition at work and it is hard. Like you said it is normal to only lose 1-2 pounds per week. Keep up the great work!!
