Last weekend we made a very quick trip to Las Vegas for the ULTA convention. It's a long drive! We did have fun while we were there, and my kids really were fascinated with it all! It's something to see if you've never been I guess. We did get to see my cute Aunt Renee, who is one of the sweetest, neatest, people I have ever met. We ate at her restaurant, which was very yummy, and I would recommend to anyone heading to Vegas.
We also got to spend some time with Julie and her girls, we took all the kids out and about one day, which was really fun. You know how Vegas is, you walk, and walk, and walk, and walk. The kids were troopers...it was an all day event! They rode the roller coaster at New York, New York, (which you have to be Very tall to ride) and we also went to the Sharkreef aquarium, which Jaxon hasn't stopped talking about. He will tell you that jellyfish do not have eyes, a heart, or a brain!
We also stopped at Circus Circus for a minute, on our way out of town. I had never been there, and it was better than I thought it would be. And did I mention it was about 70 degrees? Absolutely beautiful!

GREAT PICS!! Gracie woke up last night with a bad dream. I asked her what was wrong and she said the glass broke on the JELLYFISH tank and they were stinging her. She is a little freaked out!! Thanks for hanging out with us, we had a good time!! BTW..did you score with the camera!! hahaha
Shaley did you know that I was born in Las Vegas? Haven't been back much since..When I was born there was no bright lights and big hotels just desert. Dad wishes he had bought a big chuck of that desert! Looks like you had a fun time! 70 degress? I'm just a little jealous!
I've never been to Vegas. Weird I know. This July we do have a business convention down there, so I guess we will be going down then. Looks like you had a good time!

I am a little jealous of the weight loss. I am not sure but I think for every pound you lose I gain two! Not fair. Okay it is, you work hard and I eat harder.
